Here are some answers to your questions:

What is a personal assistant?

Your dedicated personal assistant manages and organises your requests. As such, they become your personal shopper, concierge and confidant, there to provide you with what you want, when you need it.

Why do I need Carpe Diem Concierge Services?

Because you are a busy parent, professional or later life client whose time is a premium and you'd prefer to focus on your work and those things you love and enjoy the most, like your family, friends and leisure time. Carpe Diem is simply the modern answer to the predicament of having too much to do and not enough time to do it. This includes times of illness and bereavement. Employing our services will allow you to get on with what's important in life whilst we take care of everything else.

How can you save me time?

We can easily save clients around 100 hours per year - i.e. nearly 3 working weeks - and in many cases much more than this. This is achieved by removing the need for our clients to search for and evaluate ideas, suppliers, retailers and service providers.

How do you source, recruit and retain your suppliers?

We actively search for the best suppliers in their given field, with many new suppliers being recommended to us by existing clients. Suppliers are taken on only after we have completed a comprehensive evaluation of their business that includes reputation, guarantees, warranties and price. In addition they are chosen for their quality, service, flexibility and reliability of the products and services they offer, criteria that are in turn monitored on an ongoing basis following acceptance by Carpe Diem as a supplier.

Do the products and services provided by Carpe Diem cost any more?

No. Carpe Diem guarantees that all the products and services we provide will be at the market rate.

Are there any requests or services that are not covered?

No. As long as your request is legal and ethical we will do our very best to make it happen.

What type of requests can Carpe Diem undertake?

We can source, manage and deliver almost anything - the only limitation is your imagination!

Will my personal details remain confidential?

Yes, as a client your personal details will remain confidential at all times.

Do you have a data protection licence?  Do you need one?

Yes. We are registered with the Data Protection Act and adhere to all the rules and principles set out regarding the use of personal client information

Are you Insured?

Yes We are fully insured for a maximum of £1 Million and also request copies of insurance from any third party tradesmen we use.

When are Carpe Diem Services available?

Between 8am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays) and we aim to respond to all requests within 24 hours. We do realise that our services are often needed outside of our standard office hours and we will always do our best to accommodate those last minute requests or requests that cannot be carried out at any other time than weekends and evenings.
