Post Operative Package

After an operation and period of time spent at hospital the healing process quite often means rest and care at home. Carpe Diem will look after your home while you are away, ensure provisions are sought, pets cared for and continue with providing domestic help, shopping, home administration, errands, and prescription pick-up service until you are able to manage independently. This service could also include non medical assistance, looking in on loved ones, medical appointment scheduling, food and meal delivery and arranging transportation to medical appointments.

Care Home package

We have secured a partnership with a professional care agency that will provide individual and family support, professional guidance and advice in the selection of a suitable care home, from optimum geographical identification and financial/budget considerations.
