Our prices are based on the time it takes us to organise the work and source the services or products you require. This could include arranging and managing a decorator for you or checking on your home while you are away. Time will only be charged upon arrival at your property for this type of request.
We charge our time on an hourly basis and keep track of the time spent by producing a tracking document or 'to do list'. We will keep you informed of how much time has been spent to ensure we have not exceeded your hours or your budget. You will sign a client agreement with supporting terms and conditions of business once you have agreed to go ahead with utilising Carpe Diem Concierge services.
Hourly Service Rates
Consultations will be scheduled to ensure that you are aware of all of our services, and the package that best fits your lifestyle, requirement and budget.
£25 per hour for ad hoc / generic requirements - this is our company’s standard base cost
Option 1 – Pricing Package
Buying a minimum block of 8 hours per month (equating to 2 hours per week) for a period of not less than three months is offered at the discounted rate of £170 per month (15% discount saving you £30 per month)
Option 2 – Pricing Package
Buying a minimum block of 16 hours per month (equating to 4 hours per week) for a period of not less than three months is offered at the discounted rate of £300 per month (25% discount saving you £100 per month)

Between 8am and 6pm Mondays to Fridays (excluding Bank Holidays).
We aim to respond to all client requests within 24 hours either by phone or email.
We do realise that our services are often needed outside of our standard office hours and we will always do our best to accommodate those last minute requests or requests that cannot be carried out at any other time than weekends and evenings. Please contact us with your requirements.
